As complete novice, a friend invited me to a CIELO Breathwork session. I had no expectations; frankly, I had never even heard of “breathwork.” I went into the session with an open mind. The first time was incredible and I'm so ready for the next. I released so much tension and emotions with my breath. The staff was amazing with the drums and positive affirmations. Even though it was a full class the attention I received felt like a one on one session. And the best part is that it has awakened a part of me that has been shut down for too long. Also I've been able to use what I learned to help process daily life. I'm so thankful for this.

I had never heard of or taken a Breatheork class and was curious if it would be beneficial. The aesthetics down to the smells the sounds the lighting. The mats with plush furry covers, a silk pillow and a silk eye mask really set the mood. I even enjoyed the special tea that was passed around. A truly relaxing and eye-opening experience that helped my mental health a lot. There was every bit of attention paid to all of the small details. My boyfriend attended the class with me, and although he was a skeptic at first, he left, saying he felt so much better and that it opened his eyes to a lot of things. This is a class that you can do alone or with a group of friends and have a truly relaxing and impactful experience. I highly recommend you give it a try and see if it makes a difference in your daily life. I am normally anxiety ridden, but this class helped me to learn how to just breathe and let it go. No Mas!

The breathwork classes have been amazing for me and I encourage everyone to try it out at least once. I think this is a really impactful therapeutic breathing technique everyone can benefit from. The instructor and staff are great. They are very competent individuals making it easy to feel safe and get into your body. I look forward to more classes!!
