Cielo Breathwork and Transcending Pain: Stress and Its Physical Effects

When stress becomes chronic, the body often manifests tension in areas like the neck, shoulders, and back, leading to pain and discomfort.

Our series continues as Cielo Breathwork and Transcending Pain examine the physical effects of stress on the body. When stress becomes chronic, the body often manifests tension in areas like the neck, shoulders, and back, leading to pain and discomfort. Over time, this can develop into chronic pain conditions that make it even harder to cope with stress.

Through our Educational Breathwork Integration Workshop, we’ll guide participants on how to break the cycle of stress and pain. By practicing breathwork and relaxation exercises, attendees will discover ways to reduce physical tension, improve resilience, and promote overall well-being.
